Normally on my own during the week for lunch so I normally just grab a sandwich or toast. I have been on this diet for roughly a year, I have loads of salad in that time but I struggle to make it exciting and fun to eat.
Now I must admit when this post came out yesterday, I was in Bradford and I had a McDonald’s for lunch and god it tasted so good.
Salad with bacon & cheese
Vegetable soup with dumpling
Salad with cooked meat and some fruit added in to make it taste different
Roast Beef Salad
Cheese Salad rolls
Pure veggie salad
Chopped fruit to just nibble on
Today’s Lunch just plain roast chicken on dry bread.
